Circling Buffalo Inc. is actively seeking an Elder to join the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors meets quarterly. Travel expenses and honourarium included. 

The Responsibilities of the Board of Directors include four key roles:

1. Strategic Management Role - By overseeing the planning process, which includes final approval of a strategic plan and budget and mid-year review.

2. Financial Role - By monitoring the executive in ensuring the financial accountability and transparency of Circling Buffalo Inc. The Board retains formal approval of all FVPP designated funds.

3. Support Role - By providing long-term guidance and direction in specific areas of FVPP operations and community-based projects design and delivery.

4. Advocacy Role - By advocating for an increase in the overall effectiveness of the FVPP.
